PRODUCT LINE
The Product Descriptions list depicts the full range of Nexus products and
accessories. All forged brass components from 1/2" thru 2" sizes conform to
the above design criteria at a minimum, and additional features of each line
are given. The list also includes Nexus Valve line of cast iron products for
21/2" thru 8" applications. These include the versatile Nextrol™ (instrument
station / flow meter / balancing valve) and the Strainex™ (ported
"Y" strainer).

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Replacement and Repairs
Nexus Valve will replace or repair any of its valves, unions or accessories, free of replacement charge, which is determined to be defective in workmanship or material, for as long as the product is in service. Written notice of any defective product must be submitted to Nexus Valve upon discovery. Nexus Valve will authorize return and replacement of the products.
Liability
The liability of Nexus Valve is limited to replacement or repair of the defective part. Nexus Valve is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, expenses of delays, and lost service time.
Exclusions
As stated above, this warranty applies only to defects in workmanship or material. The warranty does not include stainless steel flexible hoses, threaded connections, union connection o-rings, field connections, or products subject to conditions beyond those specified for the products. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied.
